- Latest Income Tax Return
- Bank Statement or Passbook (Latest 3 months)
- Post Dated Checks (upon Approval)

- Latest Tax Declaration
- Latest Land Tax Receipt
- Latest Tax Clearance
- Vicinity Map and Sketch Plan with Original Seal
- Picture of Property
- If property is with Building, provide photos of the building
- Fire Insurance Policy with OR
- Endorsement to First Standard Finance Corp.
- Tax Mapping
- Blue Print of Property
