  • Photocopy of Marriage Contract
• If Self Employed,
  • Business Permit
  • Latest DTI Registration
• If Employed,
  • Certificate of Employment
  • 3 months latest payslip
  • Latest Income Tax Return
• Bank Statement or Passbook (Latest 3 months)
• Post Dated Checks (upon Approval)

Specific Loan Requirements

• Original Copy of Certificate of Registration
• Original Copy of Latest OR
• Stencils (8 Chassis and 8 Engine)
• Picture of Vehicle
  • Front with Side View
  • Rear with Side View
• If with existing Insurance Policy
  • (Comprehensive Insurance or CTPL) provide,
    • Official Receipt of Policy
    • Endorsement to First Standard Finance Corp.
  • For FOR HIRE Units,
    • PAMI, CPC or Confirmation Of Franchise
    • Original Francise of Unit (PUJ, V-Hire or Taxi)
