How to Pay through DragonPay

1. Click on the Bills Payment link (url: https://gw.dragonpay.ph/GenPay.aspx?merchantid=FSFC)
2. Fill in all the requested details:
   • Invoice Number (your 8-12 digit account number from First Standard)
   • Name
   • Email
   • Amount
   • Remarks (if any)
3. Once filled up, click Pay
4. In the next page, select your preferred payment option
5. Tick the box to Agree to Terms and Conditions, then click Select
6. Keep a copy of the Dragonpay reference number and validated proof of payment. These will be used for the payment validation at First Standard.
7. When successfully paid, you may expect 3-5 days of posting of your transaction. You may also send your reference number and validated proof of payment along with these details:
   • Name
   • First Standard branch your account belongs to
   • Amount paid

How to Pay through Palawan Pawnshop

1. Visit any Palawan Pawnshop branch.
2. Present your Statement of Account (SOA) to our branch associate.
3. Make sure that the following details are clear:
   • Billing Period
   • Account Name
   • First Standard Account Number (8-12 digits)
   • Amount to Pay: (1,000minimum and 50,000.00maximum per transaction)
4. Pay the total amount due- Billing amount and Service fee.
5. A copy of the Palawan Express form will be provided as proof of transaction. (Your SOA will be returned)
6. Email a photo or a scanned copy of your receipt to payments@firststandard.ph along with the following details:
   • Full Name:
   • Account Number:
   • First Standard Branch of account:
   • Amount Paid:
7. The branch will cross-check and confirm receipt of payment.

How to Pay through ECPay

1. 1. Fill out the ECPay Form with the following details:
      • First Standard Account Number (8-12 digits)
      • Account Name: Last Name + First Name
      • Amount to Pay: (1,000minimum and 50,000.00maximum per transaction)
   2. Give the accomplished form to the cashier and make the payment. Double-check all information and make sure they are correct.
   3. Email a photo or a scanned copy of your receipt to payments@firststandard.ph along with the following details:
      • Name:
      • Account Number:
      • First Standard Branch:
      • Amount Paid:
   4. The branch will cross-check and confirm receipt of payment.
